We did photography session on last Wednesday with organiser team. Yes, the whole group of BE2. We are 40s in a class and divided into few departments. Each department has their own duties.

So, let us introduce ourselves to you.




PR DEPARTMENT

This is the department that manage all the social networking, blog, pictures, medias and designs. Basically, we are the front people to communicate and build relationship with public. So, now you know how do we look. For your information, this is the only group with all Girls. Full of girls power.

FINANCE DEPARTMENT

The only department that has 2 people in it. They are responsible to take care of Live event account. Finance is all about money.

To make sure they are come out with interesting, creative and fun activities ideas for the event.

To make sales in this event so that the money can be given to the charity organisation.

SPONSORSHIP DEPARTMENT.

Their duty is to get sponsorship as many as possible and plan the best and great sponsorship packages for clients.

LOGISTIC DEPARTMENT.
The tasks of the logistics department involve storage, distribution, warehousing, movement of goods from one place to another (internally or externally), tracking and delivery of goods. It includes a complete process of planning, managing, controlling and coordination to make sure that the goods reach the right place, at the right time, for the right cost and in a right condition.
